NextAid’s second online auction, BIDS 4 BEATS runs May 5th – June 1st, which means there’s still time for you to help!
Join us in our outreach to companies, businesses, and individuals for product donations! Do you think your favorite yoga studio would like to donate a few classes? Maybe you know of a restaurant that would donate the perfect dinner for two. Do you have company/business/personal contacts that want to promote their product and brand? Ask them! An artist friend could donate a piece while promoting his work. A contact who works for a well known company could help her business with a tax deductible product donation! All you need to do is ask! We would love your support in this big effort to raise funds for NextAid.
In 2006, we raised over $12,000 for our children’s village project in South Africa. Building upon the success of the last auction, this online auction is a unique opportunity for companies and individuals to get a terrific amount of exposure and promotion of an item while donating to a wonderful cause. This year we plan to have even more items to auction, a greater audience of bidders, and increased promotion of the auction and the companies that have donated. With a nationwide press release, online banner ads, and promotion through online partners like fusicology.com and donating companies like Glaceau, Om Records, Ableton, and Rane, advertising for our auction will reach upwards of 100,000 viewers and potential participants. We will also be promoting most heavily in Los Angeles. Read through the information in the attached PDF, then tell your friends this: If you join us by April 14th you will receive priority promotion for your donated items and be a part of an amazing, easy, and charitable event! Final deadline for participation, including having the item in our possession is April 28th.
